Advice for people running on the treadmill
If the weather is clement and the time available is reduced by the day just finished the holidays, the only way to continue doing sports is equipped to do it at home. If you like to run and are equipped with a treadmill so here are some tips to maximize the indoor training and PREPARED to future releases without losing your workout.
