A human approach to financial management

With Method, you’ll get personalized financial recommendations that you can understand, even if you aren’t a financial expert.

That means no more wondering who’s doing what with your money. And when you do have questions, you can talk to someone you know and trust.

Objectivity

We’re here to build a relationship, not sell you one.

There isn’t one “best” way to manage money, but there is an approach that’s best for you—and no advisor will know what it is unless they know your situation first.

That’s why our process begins with you. We’ll take the time to talk through your hopes and concerns, and then apply our methods to meet your goals. This not only gives you better results, but also builds the trust you need to come to us when new challenges and opportunities arise.

The value we deliver to clients begins with the bottom line, but it doesn’t end there.

Just as importantly, we want to give you a full understanding of your financial options, clarity about your future, and freedom to focus on what matters to you without worrying about your money.

And by giving you a financial plan you can believe in, we can save you time and stress, and improve your long-term results as well. Studies show that emotional mistakes are often investors’ worst enemy, and the best way to avoid them is by having a plan that you can stick to in good times and in bad.

A partner in your pursuits.

During a nine-year career on Wall Street, including time at Goldman Sachs and Barclays Capital, Matt Lambdin, CFA never lost sight of his belief that money should enable life’s pursuits, not become life’s pursuit.

Now, as Founder and Managing Director of Method Finance for over a decade, Matt works every day to help his clients build their wealth and maintain overall financial strategies that make sense for their lives.

When he’s not obsessing about all things finance, Matt relishes spending time with his wife and 12-year-old son, and always enjoys the company of friends. He is an avid lover of both listening to and playing music, traveling, yoga, and philanthropy. Although he still frequents New York, Matt moved in October 2013 to St. Louis where he resides with his family in the Tower Grove South neighborhood.
